Today, Greydy and I had lunch with our language partner from the university. After we finished eating, she invited us to her work, an organization that builds housing for those without a home.
We walked there, we took a bunch of streets we've never walked before in an area we'd never really been to. As we were walking, I realized that I often don't take advantage of living here.
I haven't gone out to get to know the surrounding neighborhoods or things I can do near here, and I haven't really seen too many streets other than this one and the main street where I go to buy things when I need them. I need to start taking advantage of the beauty of the streets here.
